Neymar re-opens legal battle with Barca over £33m claim
Neymar has reportedly launched a third legal case against Barcelona in pursuit of £5.6million in what is his third claim against his former club. The Brazilian claims he had to make a series of payments to secure his move from Santos to Barca in 2013, which he is demanding are paid back. Neymar’s claims also include a sum of money he says he is owed in unpaid loyalty bonuses from his four years at the Nou Camp. According to El Mundo, the 28-year-old’s latest case takes his total claims against Barcelona to £33m. But Barca have no interest in paying him any money and aren’t even considering making the forward a counter offer.
