Four Fort St. John CrossFit athletes qualify for Regional CrossFit Games

first_img28 CrossFit 187 athletes took part in the CrossFit open with four of those being in the Masters Division. Every Athlete had mandatory movement standards that had to be maintained throughout five workouts held once a week and each workout being different with different skill sets for each one so it challenged all athletes at all levels.Two men and two women qualified for regionals. Advancing to the next stage are Mike Fowler who placed 3oth in Canada West and 1666th worldwide, and Rob Wright who finished 35th in Canada West and 1833rd worldwide. For the women Sarah Bustard was 16th in Canada West and 611th worldwide, while Tara Maddigan was 18th in Canada West and 838th worldwide. – Advertisement –last_img
